What are credits?
Credits are used for computation-intensive tasks and power the generative features of Intangible.
How are subscriptions different from credits?
Subscriptions give you access to a wider array of features, including a monthly or annual credit allocation.
Do unused credits expire?
Monthly plan credits expire at the end of each billing period (either monthly or annually, based on your plan). Bulk credit packs do not expire.
How can I get additional credits?
Additional credits are available as credit packs. See the pricing table for the image and video assets you get with each pack.
Do you provide refunds for credits?
Due to the costs we incur when generating images, we're unable to provide refunds.
